We build relationships through Life Groups which is made up of men and women from all generations of life. We meet during the week to grow in the Lord through Bible study, prayer, accountability, and fellowship. Believers get to dive into the truths of scripture, care for one another, grow in maturity, and live life together.
Growing Through Scripture
At the heart of every Life Group is a commitment to study God’s Word. Members dive into the truths of Scripture, exploring what it means for daily life and personal growth. Through guided Bible studies, and sermon discussions, members gain deeper understanding of God’s Word enabling them to stay grounded in Christ.
Fellowship Across Generations
Life Groups bring together people from all walks of life, creating a community where friendships flourish across generations. Sharing experiences, celebrating victories, and walking through struggles together strengthens relationships and builds a community that goes beyond Sunday services.
Support, Prayer and Accountability
Life Groups are more than just study—they’re a place to care for one another. Members encourage and challenge one another through prayer, men and women’s accountability groups, fun activities and open conversations. This mutual support helps everyone grow spiritually, and navigate life’s challenges.

Life Groups at Pluslife Church are intimate gatherings for our church community that meet regularly to fellowship, grow, and support each other in their faith journey. Groups typically meet weekly at various times and locations. You don’t need to be a Bible expert. Life Groups are open to our church community, regardless of where you are on your Christ-like growth. Meetings often include discussion, study, prayer, and sometimes worship, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share insights.

Yes, Life Groups are hosted at various locations within and beyond the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Currently, we have groups meeting in the Peel and Halton regions, and we expand to new locations based on the needs of our church community.

These sessions are held on various weekdays, depending on the location, typically from midweek to the end of the week.

Life Groups are intended for our church community of believers as its purpose is to offer them a space for deeper relationships, personal growth, and spiritual development. If you are looking to belong to a church body, we recommend you start by coming out to our regular church services.

If you are not a Christian, we highly encourage you to sign up for First Groups. In these sessions, we will discuss the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the practices of the Christian faith, and share more about our church’s purpose and community.

Your children are more than welcome to join you. While we understand the challenges that children pose, we believe that children are a blessing and can also benefit from attending.

You do not need to be a church member to join Life Groups. However, as part of your spiritual development, you will be discipled to embrace the significance of church membership to become a member at Pluslife church.

After you sign up, your application will be reviewed by our church leadership team. If you meet the general requirements of being a believer connected to our church community, you will receive an email with the details of your Life Group leader, the session location and timing, and a Life Group Covenant document that you will need to sign and bring to your first session.
